Covid and the current cost of living crisis has taken it's toll on many relationships. In 2022 I trained as a couples counsellor and will now be offering affordable couples therapy from 2023 at Adhara Counselling in Tallaght.

I have studied the Imago and Gottman models of couples therapy.
